About the Opportunity

ARxIUM is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 6-month contract position. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify products against receiving documentation.
  • Report discrepancies or damage and enter receipts into the ERP system.
  • Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick and deliver materials for manufacturing assembly jobs.
  • Perform cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies.
  • Support inventory control and physical inventory activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with order pulls and other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team objectives.
  • Work overtime when required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
  • Ability to read and understand product descriptions, labels, and inventory documentation.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and picker machines is preferred.
  • Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and lift materials.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements and adapt to changing priorities.
