Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality visual assets that support ARxIUM’s corporate identity, product documentation, and internal and external communications. This role focuses on visual design execution, ensuring consistency, clarity, and usability of materials across digital and print formats.
This position plays a key role in collaborating with Engineering and Product Development teams to bring product innovation to life through visual storytelling. The Graphic Designer will help translate complex automation solutions into compelling visual representations that enable customers to clearly understand, engage with, and envision ARxIUM’s technologies.
In addition, this role contributes to strengthening ARxIUM’s brand presence and market positioning by developing visually consistent assets that reinforce a seamless and high-quality customer experience. Through strong design execution, the Graphic Designer supports the company’s ability to effectively communicate value and differentiate in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual materials including product visuals and UI-related graphics; corporate collateral (brochures, presentations, datasheets); technical illustrations and diagrams; and branding elements (icons, templates, layouts)
- Execute designs based on content, messaging, and requirements provided and approved by internal stakeholders
- Develop visuals that help customers understand ARxIUM’s automation solutions and product capabilities
- Ensure consistent visual identity aligned with ARxIUM brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Development teams to visually communicate product concepts, features, and system workflows
- Create diagrams, renderings, and visual representations that bring automation solutions to life
- Support product launches and innovation initiatives through effective visual storytelling
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Writing team to format and visually enhance customer-facing documents (manuals, guides, templates)
- Support the development of structured, visually intuitive documentation for internal and external use
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate predefined technical content into clear and engaging visual formats
- Ensure clarity, usability, and consistency of visual outputs without responsibility for developing or modifying underlying content or messaging
- Maintain and apply ARxIUM’s visual standards across all materials
- Contribute to strengthening brand consistency and positioning through high-quality design execution
- Develop templates and visual systems that support a consistent customer experience across touchpoints
- Ensure all outputs are visually aligned, professional, and reflective of ARxIUM’s market positioning
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, technical writing, leadership) to deliver design assets aligned with defined requirements
- Execute design updates and revisions with accuracy and efficiency
- Support preparation of materials for external use (e.g., presentations, print assets), limited to layout, formatting, and visual design execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design or visual production role
- Experience creating both digital and print materials
- Experience working in a B2B or technical environment is an asset
- Familiarity with document design tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, layout tools)
- Experience with branding and corporate identity systems is preferred
Key Skills
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and layout precision
- Proficiency in various visual / graphic design applications and tools (e.g., Technomatics, FlexSim Healthcare, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools
- Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear visuals
